Yeagle Checks In

Yeagle just checked in with another update. Still laid up from surgery, he’s been spending his time out at the trails making sure that Pittsburgh’s riding-to-digging ratio is still on point. Read what he has to say after the jump.
“I had my follow-up appointment with the surgeon today, the plan is splint for six weeks, only removed for showers, then hopefully brief rehab and riding. Move along time! There was a little sesh at the trails the other day, actually a large sesh with the usual turn out we have. Mark P, Tom A, Chris D, and Jason W were the attendees. Hanging at the trails with some friends, watching them ride, was fun and it served as motivation to play by the rules and heal before trying to have too much fun. Naturally, it was frustrating not being able to participate but I was able to shoot a few images, a bit of mollification for myself.
‘The Foreman’ has been my title at the trails for some time now, probably since the very beginning. I certainly make my opinion clear and admit to being a bit intractable while making decisions, but we have made it this far and I think the trails exhibit all our influence. But here is a dangerous situation now that I cannot ride, what else can I do except govern the trail building? I think next time I’ll bring a thermos of coffee, orange vest, and MEGAPHONE!!! Hell Yeah!” — Brian
