The new issue of Dig (Issue #72) showed up at the office today and Yeagle’s got a grip of amazing photos in the Anthem 2 article. Anthem 2 has to be one of the most anticipated video releases of all time. If the shots of Yeagle in this issue of Dig say anything—his part is going to be epic. Last day of the trip, couldn’t beat it. Except for a hellishly long wait for the ferry back to Vancouver! Luckily, we were one of the last cars on the 5:30 boat instead of waiting even longer for the 7:40. That gave us time to hit up Horseshoe Bay park on the way back into town. Earlier in the day we hit up an early morning swim/cliff jump to wake us all up from a day at the trails. Good times!!!

It’s about time we hit the woods! Adam’s compound on the Island was INSANE. Dialed jumps, BBQ/fridge/Bodega/DJ/video screen for the after party, an apple orchard with plenty of room to camp, a hammock over the creek… The list could go on and on.
The jam itself had an old school vibe to it; everyone killing it, and themselves all in the name of pushing limits. I swear every person fell at least once today, but got up with smiles! I was psyched to see the “progression session” on the step up at the end of the day. Everyone givin’r until the sun went down.
Very special thanks to everyone who came out and to all the hard work that has gone on to make it happen. Hope to see you next year!!

I have to keep this quick because we have to make a ferry for the trail jam today on Vancouver Island… Yesterday was rad, rode a ton. Hit up Hastings; a Vancouver must-do. The proof is here with Roman boosting the spine and bustin’ out the frame!
Ryan Barrett, Dave Thompson, and Roman Tencza are currently on the Ten Pack Re-Session Tour. The crew left Portland yesterday and made their way into Canada to meet up with Matt Beyers. They’ll be at the Island Trails Jam all weekend long. According to Barrett, the quote of the trip (thus far) came from Roman at the ATM: “Does it come out in Canadian money?” More pics after the jump…
The Dew Tour’s in Portland this weekend, so yesterday a big session went down at the infamous Tigard Skatepark and our friend Jared Souney was there to capture the magic. Verde flow rider Roman Tencza has some awesome shots in Jered’s blog post from Tigard. Click here to check it out.
