Jesse just built up a 21″ flat black Cartel frame complete with a flat black Cartel fork, black Verde integrated headset, flat titanium Cartel bars, and a brown Verde Timber Pivotal seat. Verde’s newest recruit, Jesse Whaley, has just been added to the Estate LA team roster. Speaking of Estate, The Greenhouse is expecting its second shipment of Verde x Estate Fitted Hats any day now. The phone at The Greenhouse has been ringing off the hook from bike shops and kids looking for the Verde Vex. Our 2009 Vex was definitely the hard to find gift this Christmas. We’ll have more 2009 bikes back in stock in a few weeks including a very limited number of Vex. Many models are already sold out. Christmas came a little early for the Verde crew. We’re pleased to announce the additions of Kevin Kiraly (above) and Jesse Whaley to our team. We look forward to a great year with these two! Thanks to Kosman for the pic.
After Allan’s departure From Specialized, we figured he’d need a new bike. So, we sent him our new Cartel frame, fork, and bars as well as our new headset. Something’s missing here… Brakes? Oh, and is that a freecoaster?
You can add another name to the lengthy list of BMX riders with broken scaphoid bones. I definitely didn’t ever want to be on that list… Oh well. Wish me and my wrist good luck and a speedy recovery!
